Michael’s real estate career didn’t start with selling homes. It started in property management and investment real estate. Since 2008, he has managed over 90 residential units, retail centers, an industrial building, and multiple properties across California and Arizona. After earning his Business Administration degree in Finance from CSU Fullerton, Michael worked as a loan officer before transitioning into managing income property. This finance and lending background allows him to guide buyers and sellers through transactions with a deeper understanding of valuation, negotiation strategy, and deal structure.
