Michael Kahn’s primary realty focus are the communities of Rossmoor, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach. Michael has expertise in nearly all facets of the industry. He will work diligently to provide his clients with an exceptional full-service and client-centered approach that ensures his buyers and sellers achieve maximum results while minimizing stress.

Michael was born in Tucson, Arizona and was raised in Rossmoor, California. He is a Los Alamitos High Alumni. He owns residential real estate in Southern California, as well as commercial property in Tucson, Arizona. He has managed these properties since 2008. Michael began his real estate career managing income property. He has a well-rounded skillset for real estate which was built in part with his calculated combination of education, obtaining a business administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from CSU, Fullerton, and his varied work experience. He worked as a loan officer after graduating from Cal State Fullerton and then worked as a teacher/coach at Warren High School from 2004-2007. He has managed more than 90 residential units, two retail strip centers, an industrial building, and several homes in California and Arizona. 

In an industry where authenticity can be hard to find, Michael stands out as a trustworthy professional, connecting with his clients on a personal level. His goal is to build long-term, lasting relationships with his clients instead of doing one-time deals. He is always available and is easy to get ahold of. Clients will know that when they’re ready to move, buy, sell, or invest they can give Michael a call and he will be ready to serve. He enjoys the opportunity to act as a resource and as an advocate in the many circumstances a home may be listed for sale, such as moving up, down, out of area, or trust estate sale, probate, or an investment property 1031 exchange. Michael is a compassionate, empathetic, problem solving and personable agent. He is an individual who truly finds reward in helping others.

Michael has been married to Gina since September 2009 and has two children, Andrew who is 13 and Belinda who is 9. They are the joy of his life! Michael understands the power of having roots in the community.
